Golf Outing
Date/Time: Thursday 9th July,2026. Tee off times TBC but first tee will be 1 or 2pm
Venue: The Clear Water Bay Golf & Country Club
No. of Entry: 28 persons maximum. Limited to golfers with valid a handicap index as CWB only accept golfers with a valid handicap card.
- All players must possess a USGA handicap index lower than: Men · 36.4 & Ladies · 40.4.
- Speed of play shall conform to the guideline of 4:00 hours maximum for 18 holes.
Format: Individual Stableford with handicap – With NTP and LD
Cost: HK$1450 for GS member; The fee includes the cart , warm up driving range, as well as a $200 HKD F&B coupon and a $200 HKD voucher for the pro shop. For GS members who are members of The Clear Water Bay Golf & Country Club please make a note on the message box.
Itinerary: – coach pick up from TBC (pending tee time confirmation) but approx HKFC at 11am or 12pm sharp
– return to HKFC at about 7 or 8 pm
Parking is available first come first serve, if you are planning to drive, please provide your vehicle registration number on the booking form
Registration Deadline: Noon, 30th June 2026 . (Cancellations must be made before deadline. Full cost may be charged for late cancellations.)
Remarks:
Pairings and tee times are arranged by the organiser. Any information relevant to pairings must be provided only within the event registration. Messages or requests sent separately will not be considered.
Once pairings are published, they are final and will not be changed.
Monthly social golf outings are social by nature. Members should expect to play with a variety of players. Requests not to be paired with specific individuals will not be accommodated.
Pace of Play & Group Allocation
Pairings and tee-time allocations are structured with pace of play as a priority, to ensure the group completes the round smoothly and within the course’s required pace.
To qualify for Stableford competition, GS members must have a Current GHIN Handicap ; i.e. All scorecards entered with at least 1 card being submitted in the past 6 months and at least 3 cards being submitted in the past 12 months. All your scores need to be submitted, if it is known that your latest round has not been updated, you will be automatically disqualified from all competitions of the day, which may affect future competitions.
All cancellation request are to be sent to [email protected] only, to avoid any missed communication .
It is extremely important that you attend the post-round award ceremony on time! Please keep in mind that any members who are eligible for prizes but are not present at the post-round award ceremony will be presumed to have forfeited their prize.
