Note that the committee may allow special circumstances from time to time and the committee decision is final.
EVENT DETAILS
Date/Time: 29th May,2024 Wednesday. Tee off times from 9:40-10:50
Venue: Hong Kong Golf Club, New Course, Fanling
Places:32 players maximum,
Format: Fun Texas Scramble Event with 4 Player Teams depending on number of entrants.
Remarks:
To play in this event, GS members must have current and updated handicaps with HKGA;
Max H’Cap Men 28
Max H’Cap Women 36
1) Places will only be available to paid up members of the HKFC Golf Society.
2) This is a social event and selection will be based on first come first served format.
3) Drop outs within 48 hours of an event will be deemed to have played in the event as regards selection for future events under Rule 2. They will also be charged for the event unless a replacement player is found. Replacements will be sought from all unsuccessful applicants for that event by email and allocated on a first response basis. If a member late cancels TWICE from events in a calendar year (late cancel – cancel under 48hours of an event) may not be selected on the next event if fully subscribed.
Cost:
HK$1120 for GS member
Golf Cart Fee to be paid to HKGC – 400 HKD per cart and shared between 2 players.
For those who do not need transport there will be a 50 HKD discount
Package cost includes green fee, use of driving range, round trip coach transportation to and from Fanling
Itinerary: – coach pick up from HKFC at 7:30 am sharp
– return coach to HKFC at about 5 pm
Prizes for 1st , 2nd and 3rd places team!
Deadline: 12 noon 15th May 2024
Cancellations – must be communicated to me ASAP – Late cancellation will may still be charged for the event.
All cancellation request are to be sent to [email protected] only, to avoid any missed communication .
It is extremely important that you attend the post-round award ceremony on time! Please keep in mind that any members who are eligible for prizes but are not present at the post-round award ceremony will be presumed to have forfeited their prize.
