HKGC Eden Course – Thursday 2nd April 2026

Date/Time : Thursday 2nd April 2026 –  Tee off times from 9:30 am -10:40 am

Venue : HKGC Eden Course

No. of Entry: 32 persons maximum.

1)      Places will only be available to paid up members of the HKFC Golf Society.

2)     This is a social event and selection will be based on first come first served format for Golf Society Members .  If the event is not full, guest are allowed to join at the standard rate that KSC charges. 

3)      Drop outs within 48 hours of an event will be deemed to have played in the event as regards selection for future events under Rule 2.   Cancellations within 7 days of the event may still be be charged for the event unless a replacement player is found.  Replacements will be sought from all unsuccessful applicants for that event by email and allocated on a first response basis.  If a member late cancels TWICE from events in a calendar year (late cancel – cancel under 48hours of an event) may not be selected on the next event if fully subscribed. 

Competition Format: Individual Stableford with handicap (GHIN will be needed) there will also be Nearest to the pin and Longest Drive Competition. 

• Men – Play from club (blue) tee
• Ladies – Play from forward (white) tee
• Handicap Limit – Men (36 or under) / Ladies (40 or under)

1st place – 500 HKFC F&B Coupons ( Beers/drinks on the bus back)
2nd place- 300 HKFC F&B Coupons
3rd place- 200 HKFC F&B Coupons

Cost:

HK$1200 for GS member
Golf Cart Fee- 400 HKD per cart for 2 players ( Split between 2) Paid directly to Fanling on the day 

Package cost includes green fee, use of driving range, round trip coach transportation to and from Fanling

Itinerary: – coach pick up from HKFC at 745 am sharp
– return coach to HKFC at about 16:00 pm ( TBC ) 

Deadline: 12 p.m. 10th March 2026 (Cancellations must be made before deadline. Full cost may be charged for late cancellations.)

Remarks:

Pairings and tee times are arranged by the organiser. Any information relevant to pairings must be provided only within the event registration. Messages or requests sent separately will not be considered.

Once pairings are published, they are final and will not be changed.

Monthly social golf outings are social by nature. Members should expect to play with a variety of players. Requests not to be paired with specific individuals will not be accommodated.

Pace of Play & Group Allocation
Pairings and tee-time allocations are structured with pace of play as a priority, to ensure the group completes the round smoothly and within the course’s required pace.

To qualify for Stableford competition, GS members must have a Current GHIN Handicap ; i.e. All scorecards entered with at least 1 card being submitted in the past 6 months and at least 3 cards being submitted in the past 12 months.  All your scores need to be submitted, if it is known that your latest round has not been updated you will be automatically disqualified from all competitions of the day and may affect future competitions.

*It is extremely important that you attend the post-round award ceremony on time! Please keep in mind that any members who are eligible for prizes but are not present at the post-round award ceremony will be presumed to have forfeited their prize.
