We’re changing things up and we are heading to Clearwater Bay for our 2025 Christmas Cracker! A new course for the beloved yellow ball team challenge, fabulous prizes, prize draw and plenty of festive cheer!
Post Golf there will be a Christmas Buffet held at Clearwaterbay , drinks will be provided by the GS during the buffet dinner and we can have some party games.

GOLF EVENT
Clearwater Bay – Monday 15th December 2025
Tee Times : Shotgun Start Tee time will be aroun midday TBC
No. of Entry: 40 persons
1) Places will only be available to paid up members of the HKFC Golf Society.
2) This is a social event and selection will be based on first come first served format.
3)Cancellations within 7days of the event may still be be charged for the event unless a replacement player is found. Replacements will be sought from all unsuccessful applicants for that event by email and allocated on a first response basis. If a member late cancels TWICE from events in a calendar year they may not be selected on the next event if fully subscribed.
Competition Format: Individual Stableford with handicap (GHIN will be needed) along with Team event with the Yellow ball! Teams will be paired so that each team are as evenly matched as possible this means you may not be paired with your pairing requests so no sulking! . Team format TBC

Cost:
HK$1520 for GS member
Package cost includes, the green fee, use of driving range, golf cart, round trip coach transportation from HKFC, post golf Christmas buffet with drinks at Clearwater Bay.
Itinerary: – coach pick up from HKFC approx 10am TBC
– return coach to HKFC 730pm
Deadline: 12 p.m. 30th Nov 2025 (Cancellations must be made ASAP and no longer then 7 days before the event. Full cost may be charged for late cancellations.)
POST GOLF DAY DINNER-
CLEARWATERBAY postround dinner will start around 530pm – 730pm
GS Members can enjoy a full Christmas buffet menu attached, a selection of drinks will be provided by the Golf Society.

Remarks:
- To qualify for Stableford competition, GS members must have a Current GHIN Handicap ; i.e. All scorecards entered with at least 1 card being submitted in the past 6 months and at least 3 cards being submitted in the past 12 months. All your scores need to be submitted, if it is known that your latest round has not been updated you will be automatically disqualified from all competitions of the day and may affect future competitions.

Please ensure all your details are filled in accurately, as incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be accepted. You will be notified about the status of your registration during the week commencing 1st December 2025.
