The golf day might be fully booked, but the Christmas cheer doesn’t stop there! 🎄 After a day of swings, birdies (or a few double bogeys), the Golf Society invites all members to keep the fun going at our festive Christmas bash. Join us from 6:30 p.m. on the 20th at the HKFC Sportsman’s Bar for an evening of good vibes, great drinks, and tasty nibbles! 🍻🍴

We’re heading back to the Eden Course at Fanling for our annual Christmas Cracker! You know what that means – the return of the beloved yellow ball, fabulous prizes, and plenty of festive cheer to keep us warm as we make our way around the course.

Following the golf, the Golf Society will host a post-round gathering from 6:30 p.m. at the HKFC Sportsman’s Bar. GS members can enjoy a selection of drinks and nibbles – but once they’re gone, they’re gone, so it’s first come, first served!

Please complete the booking form below to indicate whether you’ll be attending the golf at Fanling, the post-golf drinks at the Sportsman’s Bar, or both. This will help us organise food and drink arrangements.

 

GOLF EVENT

HKGC Eden Course – Friday 20th December 2024

Tee Times : 1020am -1130am 

Venue : HKGC Eden Course

No. of Entry: 32 persons for the Golf. 

1) Places will only be available to paid up members of the HKFC Golf Society.

2) This is a social event and selection will be based on first come first served format.

3) Drop outs within 48 hours of an event will be deemed to have played in the event as regards selection for future events under Rule 2. Cancellations within 7days of the event may still be be charged for the event unless a replacement player is found. Replacements will be sought from all unsuccessful applicants for that event by email and allocated on a first response basis. If a member late cancels TWICE from events in a calendar year (late cancel – cancel under 48hours of an event) may not be selected on the next event if fully subscribed.

Competition Format: Individual Stableford with handicap (GHIN will be needed)  along with Team event with the Yellow ball! Teams will be paired so that each team are as evenly matched as possible so, you may not be paired with your chums. Team format TBC

Cost:

HK$1120 for GS member
Golf Cart Fee- 400 HKD per cart for 2 players

Package cost includes, the green fee, use of driving range, round trip coach transportation to and from Fanling

Itinerary: – coach pick up from HKFC at 815 am sharp
– return coach to HKFC at about 5:15pm

Deadline: 12 p.m. 6th Dec 2024 (Cancellations must be made ASAP and no longer then 2 days before the event. Full cost may be charged for late cancellations.)

 

POST GOLF DAY EVENT –

HKFC SPORTSMAN from 630pm onwards.

GS Members can enjoy a selection of limited drinks and munchies that will be provided by the Golf Society.

 

Remarks:

• To qualify for Stableford competition, GS members must have a Current GHIN Handicap ; i.e. All scorecards entered with at least 1 card being submitted in the past 6 months and at least 3 cards being submitted in the past 12 months.  All your scores need to be submitted, if it is known that your latest round has not been updated you will be automatically disqualified from all competitions of the day and may affect future competitions.

For registration, each person to complete the online registration form, for this event below please select which part of the day you would like to attend. 

Please ensure all your details are filled in accurately, as incomplete or incorrect submissions will not be accepted. You will be notified about the status of your registration during the week commencing 9th December 2024.
